How long does it take to receive a personalized order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Large orders (such as 1,000 pieces) may require additional processing time. Will the chocolate melt during shipping?
This is a heat-sensitive chocolate product. From late spring through early fall, and when shipping to any warm destination, we ship insulated packaging with ice packs and an expedited shipping method to protect the chocolate. During cooler months, standard shipping is safe. Standard shipping in warm weather we offer shipping insurance protection at extra cost for ease of mind.
