The personalization tool cannot work with vector files (AI, EPS, PDF), however, our design team can help produce a proof for you. A fee may apply.

We use trusted carriers with fast delivery times, but order order as early in advance as possible to avoid any issues with shipping carrier delays or other unforeseen issues.

This is a heat-sensitive chocolate product. From late spring through early fall, and when shipping to any warm destination, we ship insulated packaging with ice packs and an expedited shipping method to protect the chocolate. During cooler months, standard shipping is safe. Standard shipping in warm weather we offer shipping insurance protection at extra cost for ease of mind.
